Does This Sound Familiar?
✗You feel your lower back after every leg day
✗ You wake up stiff, and it takes 30 minutes to loosen up
✗ You've been told to "just stretch more," but nothing changes
✗ You're afraid to lift heavy because of back pain
✗ You sit at a desk all day and your back pays the price
✗ You want to stay active but don't know how to train safely
The problem isn't your lower back. It's that your glutes aren't firing, your core isn't stable, and your hips are locked up. Once you fix those three things, everything changes.
Introducing: The Lower Back Fix
An 8-week clinical rehabilitation protocol designed by a Certified Athletic Trainer who's worked with professional athletes across six countries.

Phase 2: Strength (Weeks 5–8)
Goal: Build functional strength that lasts.
•3–4 sets, 8–12 reps
•Progressive loading
•Focus: Compound movements, loaded carries, posterior chain mastery

Frequency
3–4 times per week for optimal results. On off-days, perform daily hip flexor release and breathing work.
WHO THIS IS FOR

This Program Is Built For You If You:
Train hard but don't have an athletic trainer catching the warning signs
Sit at a desk all day and want to reclaim your movement
Are looking to stay healthy and prevent injury
Want to understand why your back hurts, not just mask the pain
Are willing to invest 35–40 minutes, 3–4 times per week, for real results
Are ready to move without limits, whether that's hitting a new PR or picking up your grandkids without pain
MEET THE COACH
My name is Raeven Steele, ATC, CPT
I've spent 10 years as a Certified Athletic Trainer working with athletes at every level, from high school competitors to professionals drafted into baseball, basketball, and soccer. Athletes from Brazil, Japan, England, Spain, Germany, Puerto Rico, and across the United States have come through my training room.
And in those 10 years, I've watched the same thing happen over and over: someone gets hurt, takes time off, loses everything they built, and struggles to come back.
The part that never sat right with me? Most of it was preventable.
Not because they weren't working hard. Not because they needed a better program. Because nobody ever looked at how they were moving before they loaded weight onto a broken pattern.
I know what to look for. And now, so do you.

Lower back pain isn't a sign of weakness. It's a sign of compensation. And compensation is fixable.
In 8 weeks, you'll have a complete roadmap to rebuild your foundation, move without limits, and stay healthy for life.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
Q: How long does each session take?
A: 35–40 minutes, 3–4 times per week. On off-days, spend 10 minutes on hip flexor release and breathing work.
Q: Do I need equipment?
A: Most exercises use bodyweight or light resistance bands. Some optional exercises use kettlebells or a cable machine, but they're not required.
Q: What if I have a diagnosed condition (herniated disc, etc.)?
A: Consult your physician or physical therapist first. This guide is for general lower back pain caused by movement dysfunction, not structural spinal conditions.
Q: Can I do this if I'm older?
A: Absolutely. This program is designed for anyone who wants to move without limits—athletes, desk workers, and older populations looking to stay active and independent.
Q: What if I get injured during the program?
A: The guide includes red flag warnings. If you experience sharp pain, numbness, or tingling, stop and seek medical attention immediately.
Q: Is this a replacement for physical therapy?
A: No. If you're currently in PT, use this as a complement. If you have a diagnosed condition, consult your healthcare provider first.
